Rosie-Jane Day (born 6 March 1995) is a British actress. She is known for playing Mary Hawkins in the Golden Globe nominated Starz and Sony Pictures TV series Outlander and Sarah Jessica Parker's daughter in the comedy road film All Roads Lead to Rome, which she co-starred in. Day was born in Cambridge, and she grew up in Hertfordshire and London, the youngest of three children. Her family later moved to Hampshire. She attended Sherborne House school, a primary school in Chandlers' Ford from the age of 7 and The Atherley School, from the age of eleven, alongside her working commitments. In 2015, she became a series regular on Sony and Starz Golden Globe winning show Outlander. In 2017, she stars alongside Uma Thurman in Down a dark hall for Lionsgate. Butterfly Kisses, a film in which she was the lead, won the Crystal Bear for best feature at the 67th Berlinale festival.
